Subscription & Cancellation Terms

Monthly billing

EGYM subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown when you subscribe unless cancelled. Payment processing and recurring billing are handled by the payment provider used at checkout.

What counts as a standard request

A standard creative request generally means a single-design deliverable such as a social graphic, flyer, digital advertisement, promotional graphic, business card, or similar item. Larger projects, multiple concepts, extensive page counts, advanced animation, full branding systems, websites, long-form video, printing, production, or other complex work may count as multiple requests or require a separate quote.

Included requests

Monthly request quantities and benefits are based on the plan displayed on the Subscriptions page at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused monthly requests do not accumulate indefinitely or convert to cash value.

Turnaround

Turnaround is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time. Timing begins after Eye Got You Media has received the information and files needed to start. Complexity, revision rounds, client response time, holidays, and workload can affect delivery.

Revisions

Plans include the revision allowance stated with the plan. A revision adjusts an existing direction. A new concept, changed brief, or expanded scope may be treated as a new request or billed separately.

Cancellation

You may cancel future recurring billing through the payment provider or by contacting Eye Got You Media for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a charge already processed or work already performed.

Refunds

Because subscriptions reserve creative capacity and may include work performed during the billing period, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly.

Rush and additional work

Rush requests are subject to availability and may carry an additional fee. Work beyond the plan allowance may be quoted separately or offered at applicable subscriber pricing.

Fair use

Subscriptions are intended for normal creative-service use by the subscribing client or brand. Eye Got You Media may pause or require a custom arrangement for abusive, unlawful, unusually high-volume, or materially out-of-scope use.
