Using this website
By using this website or requesting services, you agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, forms, or content.
Quotes and project approval
Website descriptions and examples are informational. A project is not accepted until scope, price, timing, and any required payment or deposit are confirmed by Eye Got You Media. Larger or unusually complex requests may require a separate quote.
Client materials
You are responsible for having the right to use any logos, photographs, text, music, video, trademarks, or other materials you provide. You are also responsible for reviewing names, dates, prices, spelling, claims, and other factual content before final approval.
Revisions and changes
Included revisions depend on the service or subscription selected. New concepts, major scope changes, or requests made after approval may require additional fees or a revised timeline.
Delivery and timelines
Turnaround estimates begin after required content, files, instructions, approvals, and payments are received. Rush work is subject to availability and may cost extra.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved deliverables are released for the agreed client use after required payment is completed. Eye Got You Media retains rights to its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, working files, and other materials not expressly transferred. Portfolio display rights may be addressed separately when appropriate.
Third-party services
The website may link to services operated by third parties, including payment and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Eye Got You Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
